If you are looking for a great dining experience in Bilbao, we invite you to enjoy our cuisine.
Any excuse is a good excuse to share one of our special group menus in the best company.
Three menus created with a selection of dishes from our menu, which draws on the roots of traditional Basque cuisine, updated and with touches of other gastronomic cultures.
Choose the one you like best and remember to book in advance.

IBERIAN ACORN-FED HAM PLATTER
with freshly baked bread, tomato tartare, and extra virgin olive oil.

GOAT CHEESE SALAD
with red berries.

CROQUETTES
with boletus mushrooms and truffles.

GRILLED BABY SQUID
with caramelized onion, piparra pepper tartare, and black garlic aioli.

ROASTED EUSKAL TXERRI PORK RIBS
with slightly spicy sweet potato purée and American salad.

BAKED SHEEP CHEESE CAKE
made at home.

ZALLO TUNA SALAD
marinated tuna cubes, piquillo peppers, pickled onion, tomato, and extra virgin olive oil.

GYOZAS
Iberian pork jowl with coconut and ginger demi-glace, yogurt and cilantro sauce.

ZAMBURIÑAS
baked with chimichurri, pickled pineapple, yakiniku, and tomato.

BERMEO ALAKRANA TUNA TACO
carrot purée, beetroot hummus, and guacamole emulsion.

ENTRECÔTE
40-day aged Simmental beef, roasted piquillo peppers, and parmentier potatoes.

CARAMELIZED TORRIJA
salted toffee and lemon pie cream.
