We invite you to savour a menu of the day made up of a selection of dishes prepared by our chef, including four innovative starters, followed by four main courses that fuse tradition and modernity. FIRST (to choose from)

Zurekin salad with tuna taco, pickled onion, corn, black olives and tomato emulsion.
Tortellini a la carbonara with Parmesan flakes.
Grilled vegetable timbale, basil pesto with onion and soya air.
Porrusalda with slices of cod and fried wanton.

SECONDS (to choose from)

Crispy real beef with broken potato and demi-glace.
Roast turkey ham in sauce with sautéed vegetables.
Cuttlefish teriyaki wok.
Cannelloni stuffed with hake and green sauce.

DESSERTS (to choose)

Cold cheesecake with red fruit jelly and crunchy biscuit.
Fresh fruit salad with mango coulis.
Strawberry yoghurt mousse and crumble.
