We start with a rich snack to share based on hot and cold starters, to give way to our Rolls sandwiches, a delicious combination of textures and flavours inside our brioche bread, which awaken the senses.
We also offer on our menu our meticulously selected meats, cooked to perfection to bring out their flavour, and our fish, the Cantabrian Sea provides us with its most precious treasures, which we transform into dishes that reflect the essence of the sea and the creativity of our cuisine.
